Game on: Joining ESPN and the Boca Raton Bowl

I am thrilled to announce that I have joined the ESPN team.

Home field: The Boca Raton office under Head Coach Doug Mosley

Position: Playing a key role in organizing and representing the annual Roofclaim.com Boca Raton Bowl game and its year-round events.

Backfield: What does one do after a great career anchoring and reporting TV News, creating a family (three babies in less than two years!), caregiving for Mom (cancer), caregiving for Dad (Alzheimer’s), losing Mom, losing Dad then losing your marriage?…..You fall. You get up. You search. You seek. And when it feels right, you jump right back into the game. 

Extra points: Honored to help bring the thrill of sports to South Florida and to millions of viewers around the world. My dad always quoted Earl Warren, the former chief justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, who once said in Sports Illustrated: “I always turn to the sports section first. The sports page records people's accomplishments; the front page has nothing but man's failures.”
